Standard Medium Mailbox

Our Standard Medium Mailbox is the perfect all-in-one solution for Hilo’s residents and business professionals alike. Designed to provide more room than a traditional P.O. box, it easily accommodates high-volume mail, large 'flat' envelopes, and small packages without clutter.

1 / Reach Out

Stop by in person or send us an email to let us know you're interested. We'll get you started with USPS Form 1583 and can walk you through the process or answer any questions.​

2 / Provide Two Types of ID

To comply with postal regulations, we need to verify both your address and identity. Bring an original document from each of the following two categories.

Address ID

  • US State/Territory/Tribal Driver's License or Non-driver (i.e., State/Territory/Tribal) ID Card*

  • Current Lease

  • Mortgage or Deed of Trust

  • Home or Vehicle Insurance Policy

  • Vehicle Registration Card

  • Voter Card

Government-Issued Photo ID

  • US State/Territory/Tribal Driver's License or Non-driver (i.e., State/Territory/Tribal) ID Card*

  • Uniformed Service ID

  • Passport

  • Certificate of Naturalization

  • US Access Card

  • Matricula Consular

  • US Permanent Resident Card

  • US University ID Card

  • NEXUS Card

3 / Choose a Lease Term
